Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the option selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed automatically according to your selected billing schedule. Once processed, they are shipped using the shipping method associated with your subscription.

Subscription Shipping

Subscribers enjoy FREE standard shipping on every subscription order.

Your subscription is billed in three monthly payments of $44.44 for each 90-day supply. Your first bottle ships after your initial payment, and you will continue making your second and third monthly payments while using your supplement.

At the beginning of your next subscription cycle - approximately every four months - your next 90-day supply is automatically shipped at *no additional shipping cost, and a new billing cycle begins.

This payment plan allows you to spread the cost of your supplement over three affordable monthly payments while ensuring you receive your next supply before running out.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and customs processing vary by country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes after an order has been processed. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
